celebrity sightings | | Style: | | | Comments: | I ate at the Hard Rock Café and found myself minutes after paying the bill cramping as though my intestines were imploding. We were on the 11th Street Subway platform, with no restrooms in sight. Profusely sweating and ready to cry, we ran up stairs, around the block and back into the convention center. The event was winding down for the evening and some of the facilities were locked. When I finally found an open ladies’ room, I plopped myself in the luxury suite handicapped stall and suffered in inevitable indignities. Hours later, while laying on a gurney in the emergency room at Jefferson, the verdict came back, food poisoning. So if you’re going to get food poisoning, get it around this place. It is very nice, spacious, and well-ventilated. |
