| Comments: | Take escalator to second floor to the children's book dept: to the right. Personally I avoid public bathrooms where I will be leered at for a non-purchase bathroom use. At B&N I have no such worries. Having worked at one in the past I know their policies are so don't offend the customer AT ALL that they wouldn't take issue if you went up and told the manager to his/her face that you're not buying a thing but intend to spend a half hour in the can. |
