Comments: Within castle walls. Bathroom was fair, was better than using bathroom on Statue of Liberty ferry but I would not use after dark. There were no supplies in the ladies room. Comments: My husband and I paid for a packaged New York Holiday, with a tour of China Town and day trip to see the Statue of Liberty. We had to go to the bus terminal to catch a bus for the tour through China Town. It was extremely hot that day, and when I went into the Ladies washroom, I was thoroughly disgusted to find unlocked cubicles, no toilet paper, and filthy conditions overall. The cubicle I went into first - someone had summer complaint cramps, and went all over the toilet seat. It stunk to high heaven, and obviously had been there awhile! I quickly made an exit, and used another cubicle but couldn't wait to get out of there. I reported it outside, but they couldn't have cared less! To top it all off, the bus we were given did not have air-conditioning! What a horrible start to the day!
