| Comments: | Finally, a decent public park bathroom. If you're wandering the Esplanade and need a public bathroom, there's really no clue. These bathrooms are at the south part of the esplanade in the brick facade that frames the Statue of Liberty. Another set exists in North Battery Park in the kiosk in the middle of the Park. Not as nice, but serviceable. Both open only in daylight hours. |

| Comments: | From West Street, you will find the restrooms one floor below street level underneath the sweeping staircase. Very Clean. |
