| Comments: | On the occasions I have been at the Bo-James restaurant and bar in Iowa City, the men's room has been disgusting--broken tiles, fittings pulled out of the wall, general filthiness, and the only thing to dry my hands after washing-up was a roll of paper towels that I had to pull out of a plastic bucket set on the sink. For a restaurant with such a chi-chi, although now worn down, fern-bar aesthetic, you would think it would at least have semi-decent bathrooms. If I go back there someday and find similar conditions, I'm calling the city health inspectors. |

| Comments: | Iowa City's Greyhound bus depot may be puny, but its bathroom is world-class disgusting. Over the course of many years, it seems never to have had a toilet that functions properly, and it is incredibly filthy. I could go on and on about the ways in which it is repugnant. And, amazingly, it has changed over the years--they change the arrangement of the room, but work to ensure that the same level of extreme repugnancy is maintained. There may be occasional gas-station bathrooms on the road that are this awful, but those must be few and far-between. |

| Comments: | Sanitary and smells fresh each time. An accessible restroom for each sex is located at the north end of the main north-south hallway. The women's restroom is room 4094 and the men's restroom is room 4095 |

| Comments: | The bathrooms do not have locks or hooks to hang anything on. They are bright pink and often have throw up on the floor and toilet seats. Many tiles are coming off, and the smell is intolerable. |
