| Comments: | Only nasty loo encountered in extensive travel thru England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and France. It was dirty (verging on filthy), no supplies (tissue and soap missing), and filled with rubbish that people has brought inside for the specific purpose of dumping it on the floor. No handicapped facilities, but this is the norm for the above referenced countries, especially in smaller cities. |
